NEET Exam is a national level exam held for rendering admission to MBBS and BDS courses across top universities in India. National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test UG 2020 (NEET) is conducted by National Testing Agency NTA for admission to MBBS/BDS courses and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental & other Colleges/Institutes in India. Who can appear?
Candidates must be 17 years of age by December 31, 2020, there is no upper age limit for applicants. He/she must have qualified class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English as subjects.
Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians, Overseas Citizen of India, Persons with Indian Origin & Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in NEET (UG) 2020.
How to apply for NEET 2020?
You must follow the online procedure for NEET directly from its official site. No applications in paper form are accepted in this. Do not choose any other way of applying for the exam.
Exam Pattern:
In this exam, a total of 180 questions of 4 marks each are asked which are needed to attempt within 3 hours. Effectively, to answer every question, you will have one minute for each. For unattempted questions, no marks are allotted/deducted. With your every right answer, the score can be as high as 720.
Its syllabus consists of Physics, Chemistry, the Biology of 11th & 12th class. Biology is further classified into Botany & Zoology. So, in the NEET Exam, questions related to these subjects will be asked.
