4.  Usually we dispatch the orders through express courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Amazon shipping, Dtdc within 48 hours, which will reach the buyer
     within 3-4 days, but at distance places parcel may take 5-6 days to reach you.

Shipping Policy:
1.  We ship customer orders on Prepaid basis. We offer Razorpay payment gateway (🔒 100% Safe & Secure Payments) which can accept any Credit & Debit Card 
     including Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc., Bank Transfer, UPI, and PayTm, PhonePe and similar.
2.  We also offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option (Pay 20% now and the remaining 80% at the time of delivery).
3.  The shipping rates will vary with the cost of the product and state basis, and it is reasonably charged.
4.  We decide the shipping rates, and will be charged on each order placed on our website.
5.  Ashirwad Publication has all the rights to change shipping rates any time without any notice.
6.  Available Product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed. 
7.  Ashirwad Publication is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8.  An additional COD handling charge of Rs. 18/- will be charged for each order booked via Partial COD.
9.  Partial cod amount of 20% paid at the time of ordering is Non-Refundable.

 

Cancellation And Replacement Policy

Cancellation by Ashirwad Publication
1.   Please note there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
2.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In some situations your order is being cancelled, include limitations on 
     quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product etc.
3.  We will inform or contact you if any of your orders is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
4.  If your order is cancelled from our side, and you have make the payment, the amount will be refunded to you within 48 hours.

Cancellation by the customer
1.   In case we receive a cancellation note from your side and the order has not been procesed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
2.  We will not be able to cancel order that have already been processed and shipped out of us.
3.  Ashirwad Publication has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
4.  The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ashirwad Publication and accept decision regarding the cancellation.

Replacement Policy
1.  Books that are purchased can be replaced subject to conditions mentioned below.
2.  Books purchased online will be replaced only if received in a damaged, soiled, misprinted condition or wrong consignment is received.
3.  The information through email, about this has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order on email id: ashirwadpublications@gmail.com
4.  No replacements will be given due to change of mind.

Cancellation and Refund
1.  All cancellations and refund will be done on online mode within 48 hours. Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed.
