Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery:
1.   Once an order is dispatched from our premises, tracking details are shared with the customer.
2.  The orders which buyer will put on Ashirwad Publication will deliver on all days excluding public holidays.
3.  Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability (in stock), and could vary from regions.
4.  Usually we dispatch the orders through express courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Amazon shipping, Dtdc within 48 hours, which will reach the buyer
     within 4-5 days, but at distance places parcel may take 6-7 days to reach you.

1. जैसे ही कोई ऑर्डर हमारे परिसर से भेज दिया जाता है, ट्रैकिंग विवरण ग्राहक के साथ साझा कर दिए जाते हैं।
2. अशीरवाद पब्लिकेशन पर खरीदार द्वारा दिए गए ऑर्डर सार्वजनिक अवकाशों को छोड़कर सभी दिनों में डिलीवर किए जाएंगे।
3. अनुमानित डिलीवरी समय उत्पाद की उपलब्धता (स्टॉक में होने) पर निर्भर करता है, और क्षेत्रों के अनुसार भिन्न हो सकता है।
4. सामान्यतः हम डेल्हीवरी, एक्सप्रेसबीज़, अमेज़न शिपिंग, डीटीडीसी जैसे एक्सप्रेस कूरियर साझेदारों के माध्यम से 48 घंटों के भीतर ऑर्डर भेज देते हैं, जो खरीदार तक 4-5 दिनों के भीतर पहुँच जाते हैं, लेकिन दूरस्थ स्थानों पर पार्सल को आप तक पहुँचने में 6-7 दिन लग सकते हैं।

Shipping Policy:
1.  We ship customer orders on Prepaid basis. We offer Razorpay payment gateway (🔒 100% Safe & Secure Payments) which can accept any Credit & Debit Card 
     including Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc., Bank Transfer, UPI, and PayTm, PhonePe and similar.
2.  We also offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option (Pay 20% now and the remaining 80% at the time of delivery).
3.  The shipping rates will vary with the cost of the product and state basis, and it is reasonably charged.
4.  We decide the shipping rates, and will be charged on each order placed on our website.
5.  Ashirwad Publication has all the rights to change shipping rates any time without any notice.
6.  Available Product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed. 
7.  Ashirwad Publication is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8.  An additional COD handling charge of Rs. 18/- will be charged for each order booked via Partial COD.
9.  Partial cod amount of 20% paid at the time of ordering is Non-Refundable.

1. हम ग्राहक के ऑर्डर प्रीपेड आधार पर भेजते हैं। हम Razorpay भुगतान गेटवे (🔒 100% सुरक्षित एवं संरक्षित भुगतान) प्रदान करते हैं, जो Visa, MasterCard, RuPay आदि सहित किसी भी क्रेडिट एवं डेबिट कार्ड, बैंक ट्रांसफर, UPI, तथा PayTm, PhonePe और इसी प्रकार के अन्य माध्यमों को स्वीकार कर सकता है।
2. हम आंशिक कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) विकल्प भी प्रदान करते हैं (अभी 20% भुगतान करें और शेष 80% डिलीवरी के समय दें)।
3. शिपिंग दरें उत्पाद की लागत और राज्य के आधार पर भिन्न होंगी, और ये उचित रूप से ली जाएंगी।
4. शिपिंग दरें हम निर्धारित करते हैं, और ये हमारी वेबसाइट पर किए गए प्रत्येक ऑर्डर पर लागू होंगी।
5. Ashirwad Publication को बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय शिपिंग दरों में परिवर्तन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार है।
6. उपलब्ध उत्पाद ऑर्डर किए जाने के 48 घंटों के भीतर भेज दिए जाएंगे।
7. Ashirwad Publication कूरियर साझेदारों, प्राकृतिक आपदाओं, हड़तालों, या हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थिति के कारण होने वाली देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
8. आंशिक COD के माध्यम से बुक किए गए प्रत्येक ऑर्डर पर अतिरिक्त COD हैंडलिंग शुल्क के रूप में रु. 18/- वसूले जाएंगे।
9. ऑर्डर करते समय चुकाई गई 20% आंशिक COD राशि गैर-वापसी योग्य है।

Cancellation And Replacement Policy
